I am a web developer who has been in business since 1998.  I programmed CF Shopkart, which I have used over the years to build some e-commerce websites.  However, I do not only build e-commerce sites.  My goal has always been to build user-friendly websites that can be updated and maintained by the client.  I save you money by making it so you can update your own website as often as you want, very easily through an admin control panel.  In fact, the website you are reading right now uses software I wrote that enables me to add, edit, and remove pages from this website without the need to use FTP or special software.   Look around my website and see just what I'm capable of doing for you, then contact me if you have any questions or would like a price quote.

What is Coldfusion?

Coldfusion is a powerful programming language for the internet.  It is now owned by Adobe (the maker of Acrobat Reader, which you probably have installed on your computer).  If you'd like to know more, read the Coldfusion FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).  Note:  The FAQ may still read as if Macromedia owns CF.  Adobe bought the right to it from Macromedia quite recently.

Is it really free?

Yes.  If you don't believe me, just go on over to the downloads page and download it.  It's not even encrypted so you can see the code and even modify if you want to.

How to Contribute:

I am looking for anyone willing to help out or contribute anything to CF Shopkart.  If you have done a modification or want to imrove on something, feel free to email me your code so I can include it in the next update. 

What is CF Shopkart 5?

CF Shopkart 5 is an e-commerce solution for Coldfusion developers. This Coldfusion shopping cart is free. This doesn't mean it is poorly made. In fact, I have spent more than 5 years developing it, and working to improve on it.  I learn with each new client, and from other developers as well.  CF Shopkart is perfect for small businesses and individuals who need an affordable solution, but works well for larger businesses too. If you need an affordable Coldfusion shopping cart then this is the inexpensive solution you need!

What is CF Shopkart SE Beta?

The "SE" stands for "Second Edition". I have started rebuilding CF Shopkart with some of the original features I had in previous versions. I am rebuilding it because I want to make a shopping cart application that is expandable and more dynamic that the original.  Believe me when I say this, there is NOTHING wrong with the original CF Shopkart; it's just that I have made a decision to rebuild it so that I can add some features to it more easily that I have been wanting to add for a long time.  This doesn't mean I am abandoning the original.  I have clients using the original and I will continue to add on and modify it as I have time. SE is also being developed in my spare time, so please be patient with me. I do not have an exact date on the next release.
