CF Shopkart 5 Support

Support requests are handled Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST (No weekends and holidays).  I can receive requests on weekends and holidays, but will not normally respond to them until the next business day.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  Response times depend on the question and how many other support requests I am handling at the time. 

No support is provided yet for CF Shopkart SE (because it is a Beta version).  Support is only provided for version 5.  Previous versions are no longer supported for NEW clients.

If you really like CF Shopkart, you can purchase a license and I will provide support for 1 year (you may renew it annually).  The free download does not include any support, so if you need assistance from me you can purchase this license.  This is a one time charge.  I will send you a license code that you can use to request support from me anytime you need it (there is a support ticket system available in your control panel).  This does not include customization.  This will only be for support questions for current version of CF Shopkart.  I will also email you information about updates and a link where you will be able to download them. 

Note:  I do sometimes provide support over the phone if your support request cannot be handled through the support system or via email.
